STEP ONE: PREPARATION Make sure you have your oven pre-heated and your muffin tray ready lined with muffin cases.
First ,cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Then add the eggs in one at a time. I always add one tablespoon of flour in with each egg, to help prevent the mixture from curdling.
Step 3
And finally fold in the flour and chocolate chips. Only do this as much as you need to in order for it all to be mixed in.
Step 4
Now you just need to divide the mixture into your prepared muffin tray and bake in the oven.
Allow them to cool in the tin for just a couple of minutes before transferring to a rack to cool.
