INGREDIENTS

– plain biscuits  – condensed milk – desiccated coconut – cocoa powder – rum – Extra desiccated coconut or sprinkles to coat

Traditionally rum balls were made with leftover stale cake mixed in with chocolate and alcohol to bring it back to life.

Rum Balls are best stored in an airtight container in the fridge and eaten within 2 weeks. They taste best when cold from the fridge. You can also freeze them for later.
