Cornflake Chicken Nuggets Recipe 

Made with chicken breast and baked not fried, these homemade chicken nuggets are great healthy alternative to shop-bought ones and are very simple and quick to make.

To make the nuggets, first coat the chicken in the flour, then dip it in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. If you don't like getting your hands dirty, you can also put the breadcrumb mixture in a ziplock bag and coat them that way.

Kids also love joining in with this one - so if you have any budding chefs in the house, get them involved!

To freeze them I place the raw chicken nuggets on the baking tray in the freezer. Once they are frozen, I transfer them to a freezer bag. To reheat, you can cook them in the oven them directly from frozen for around 20 minutes.
