This leftover lamb biryani is a great way to spice up some leftover lamb and make a hearty leftovers meal.
For the lamb: oil onions fresh ginger baby spinach leaves curry powder crushed red pepper all purpose flour mango chutney
STEP 1 TO COOK THE RICE
1. Rinse rice in a sieve until the water runs clear. 2. Place rice in a bowl, cover with 3 cups of water and soak for 30 minutes. Do not skip this step!
STEP 2 TO MAKE THE BIRYANI
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F / 200C 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger and mix together.
