Pizza Scrolls

We often have pizza night on a Friday in our house and there is usually just enough pizza dough left over for me to make up some pizza scrolls for the kid's lunch boxes the following week.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza Scrolls 

– portion pizza dough – cup pizza sauce – Preferred pizza toppings (ham, pineapple, peppers etc) – shredded mozzarella

Once you have all your toppings and cheese on the pizza, you need to roll it. Start with the side closest to you and slowly and carefully roll up the entire piece of dough like a Swiss Roll.

If you don't have time to make these pizza rollups there and then, or you prefer to eat your pizza scrolls fresh out of the oven (they are amazing fresh out of the oven when they are all gooey and cheesy), you can keep the pizza dough in the fridge for up to a week until you are ready to make them.
