Thermomix Fruit Pizza Recipe

This Thermomix Fruit Pizza is the perfect dessert for a pizza party or Summer get together with friends and family.

There are three parts to making this dessert pizza: the sugar cookie base, the cream cheese frosting and then finally decorating it.

HOW TO MAKE A FRUIT PIZZA

Start by milling the sugar (to make it easier to mix in), then add all the remaining ingredients and mix.

MAKING THE SUGAR COOKIE BASE

Next turn it out onto a floured surface - the dough is quite sticky so you will need to use a spatula to scrape it out.

Meanwhile you can prepare your tin - I use a 12 inch tart tin but you could also use a cake tin or pizza tray (just don't use one of those pizza trays with the holes in the bottom).

Once the dough has been chilling for 20 minutes, place it in the center of your tin and use your hands to gently and evenly press it out towards the edges until it fills the tin.

Now bake it in the oven for around 17 minutes. Don't let it get too brown.

Making the cream cheese frosting is super easy too. Just mill the sugar, then add the remaining ingredients and mix.

DECORATING THE FRUIT PIZZA

Use a knife to smother the base with the frosting and then slice up the fruit and use your creativity to decorate it!
