Use butter and flour to coat the inside of the tin - paying particular attention to the sides of the cake tin.
Place your cake tin on top of a sheet of parchment paper and use the pencil to draw around it and cut out the shape and set aside.
Now pour it into your prepared cake tins and bake for around 30-35 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the middle comes away clean.
Finally add the buttercream icing onto your cake.
