Nut Free Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 200 g dates
  • 80 g coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut to coat

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into food processor and mix on low for around 2-3 minutes. Check every 30 seconds or so. You want the dough to be sticky but still have some texture.
  • Turn out into a bowl then form tablespoon size balls with your hands.
  • Roll in desiccated coconut.

  • Turn out into a bowl then form tablespoon size balls with your hands.
  • Roll in desiccated coconut.
