- 80 g rolled oats
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 200 g dates
- 80 g coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut to coat
Put all ingredients into food processor and mix on low for around 2-3 minutes. Check every 30 seconds or so. You want the dough to be sticky but still have some texture.
Turn out into a bowl then form tablespoon size balls with your hands.
Roll in desiccated coconut.
