ANZAC Biscuits Recipe 

This traditional ANZAC biscuits recipe has been loved by generations of families throughout Australia and New Zealand.


ANZAC Biscuits 

For the coconut, I like to use shredded coconut like in the picture.

mix up all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Then melt together the butter and golden syrup in a saucepan.

Step 3

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Scoop the mixture into tablespoon sized portions and roll into balls.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until they are a rich golden brown color.

Step 6

Let them cool on the tray for a couple of minutes before transferring to a cooling rack and Serve!
