Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper see note
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Simply place all your ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake to mix.

Notes

Choose the amount of red pepper flakes/cayenne pepper based on how spicy you like your curry. Remember you can always add more heat later, but it is much more difficult to take it away!
