- 500 g broccoli
- ¼ red onion
- 100 g mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt
- 20 g apple cider vinegar
- 10 g sugar
- 30 g dried cranberries
- 20 g flaked almonds
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
Add the broccoli, red onion, mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and sugar to the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds / speed 4.
Scrape down the bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 4.
Add the cranberries, pumpkin seeds and almonds to the bowl and mix for 5 seconds / REVERSE / speed 3.
