Ingredients & Substitutions
A full list of ingredients and quantities can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

- Broccoli
- Red onion
- Mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt - this is personal preference, depending on which flavour you prefer and whether you are going for a healthier option.
- Apple cider vinegar - can substitute with lemon juice
- Sugar - the sweetness of the sugar works really well with the sourness of the vinegar. Don't like the idea of adding sugar to your salad? Substitute it with maple syrup.
- Dried cranberries - I love the sweet tartness of dried cranberries but you could substitute with raisins or other dried fruit depending on your preference.
- Pumpkin seeds - these add a lovely crunch to the salad. You can substitute with sunflower seeds or other seeds or nuts.
- Flaked almonds - can substitute with any other nuts, such as hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts etc.
