Thermomix Garlic Butter

This Thermomix Garlic Butter is quick and easy to make and is incredibly versatile. The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic (approx. 15g)
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley leaves (approx. 3g)
  • 125 g butter

Instructions

  • Place peeled garlic cloves and parsley in the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 7.
  • Scape down the bowl and repeat. 3 seconds / speed 7.
  • Add the butter to the bowl and mix for 20 seconds / speed 4.

Notes

Store the garlic butter in an airtight container in the fridge.
Alternatively, roll it into a sausage shape in cling film and store in the fridge. Then slice off amount needed each time.
