This Thermomix Garlic Butter is quick and easy to make and is incredibly versatile. Add it to vegetables, meat or pasta, or make your own garlic bread.

Having a batch of homemade garlic butter in your fridge is a game changer. It can transform any dish and is the perfect tool for "what's for dinner" emergencies.

Transform some grilled salmon or chicken with it, saute some vegetables with it to take them to another level, or make your own Thermomix garlic bread for a quick and easy side dish.

It will keep for weeks in the fridge, so you can bring it out any time you need to elevate your meal at short notice.

    • Garlic butter can transform any dish in seconds.

    Ingredients

Garlic butter needs just three ingredients:

    • Butter - I prefer salted butter but you can use unsalted and then add salt to taste.
    • Garlic
    • Parsley

Other things you can add to your garlic butter:

    • Parmesan (or other cheese)
    • Other herbs - eg. rosemary, thyme, basil, dill
    • Spices - eg. paprika or turmeric
    • Lemon juice
    • Chill flakes
    • Chives

    How to store garlic butter

Store your garlic butter in the fridge and it will last several weeks.

You can either store it in an airtight container and then scoop it out as needed.

Or (this is what I like to do) you can roll it into a sausage shape in cling film and store it this way.

This is my preferred way to do it because then you can just slice off what you need each time.
