Thermomix Mango Sorbet
Light and refreshing and bursting with tropical flavour, this Thermomix Mango Sorbet uses just 3 ingredients and takes just minutes to make.

- 100 g sugar
- 600 g frozen mango
- juice of 1 lime
- 100 g water
Add sugar to the Thermomix bowl. Mill for 10 seconds / speed 9.
Add the mango to the bowl. Chop for 30 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides.
Add the lime juice and water. Blend for 2 minutes / speed 8. You may need to use your Thermomix spatula to stir the sorbet through the hole in the lid as it blends.
Serve straight away, or freeze for later for a firmer sorbet.
- Sugar - any white sugar will do. You could also substitute with maple syrup.
- Frozen mango - you can cut and freeze your own mangoes or buy pre-frozen mango from the supermarket.
- Lime juice - Freshly squeezed lime juice is best. You could use bottled lime juice if that is all you have.
