This homemade Cajun Seasoning is great to have in your pantry ready for making quick and easy Cajun dishes such as Jambalaya or Shrimp Creole.

    Cajun seasoning in a jar

I am a big fan of making up large batches of my favourite seasonings and keeping jars of them in my pantry.

This way whenever I am cooking a Jambalaya or Shrimp Creole, I can grab a jar, throw in the seasoning and it saves me measuring out all the different spices individually.

You may also like my Homemade Curry Powder and Homemade Mexican Seasoning.

Just make sure you label them so you don't get the all confused!
