This homemade Cajun Seasoning is great to have in your pantry ready for making quick and easy Cajun dishes such as Jambalaya or Shrimp Creole.
I am a big fan of making up large batches of my favourite seasonings and keeping jars of them in my pantry.
This way whenever I am cooking a Jambalaya or Shrimp Creole, I can grab a jar, throw in the seasoning and it saves me measuring out all the different spices individually.
